How do I open my locker?

Accepted Answer

You receive a 6-digit Pin code and a webapp link by email. Open the locker by entering the code on the door keypad or directly from your phone via the webapp.

What are the access hours?

The premises are accessible 24/7. From 6:00 to 23:00 entry is free. From 23:00 to 6:00 you need a keypad code, sent by email when you book.

Which locker sizes are available?

Accepted Answer

Two formats: Locker L (39 × 60 × 85 cm) fits a hold suitcase, several backpacks or a cabin bag + laptop case. Locker XL (39 × 120 × 85 cm) fits two hold suitcases, a stroller, a folding bike or bulky sports gear.

Are my belongings insured?

Yes. Each deposit is automatically insured up to €1,000 in case of incident. The premises are under 24/7 CCTV and the lockers are armored.

What items are forbidden inside the lockers?

Accepted Answer

Perishable goods, dangerous or illegal items (explosives, weapons, prohibited substances), live animals, and any valuables exceeding the insurance cap.

Can I extend my booking remotely?

Accepted Answer

Yes. From the webapp or via the link in your confirmation email you can extend your booking anytime, subject to availability.

How does the key box work?

Perfect for Airbnb / Booking hosts: drop the keys in a secure box, share the code with your guest and automate check-ins. Pay-as-you-go (€1/day) or monthly (€15/month) with reduced rates for regular hosts.

What if I'm late to collect my belongings?

Accepted Answer

No fine, just a proportional surcharge. We grant a 15-minute grace period; beyond that, you only pay the difference between the booked duration and the actual duration, at the current rate. After 30 days with no contact, items are considered abandoned and handed over to lost & found per our terms.
