Right-click the “Access my locker” button and choose “Copy link” rather than clicking it: clicking would take you to the key box's admin page, handy for opening or closing it yourself, but not for managing your guests' access.
Paste that link on your management page
Head to the Lock My Bag management page and paste the link there — you'll land straight on your dashboard, where you manage your guests' access.

From your dashboard, create one access per guest by choosing their arrival and departure dates (a week, ten days, and so on). A unique link is generated automatically — no code to remember, just a link to send by text, email or WhatsApp. It stops working on its own outside the chosen dates.

How many guests can I manage?
As many as you like — one link per guest, no limit.
Do I need to be there to open the box?
No — it opens remotely and automatically when the guest taps their link.
Is there an extra charge on top of the key box?
No, guest management is included. Only the key box itself is paid for, when you book it.
